Christina: What is your SwagHer? What makes Ireion, Ireion?
Ireion: My Swag Her is the ability to make people smile and feel good about themselves. It’s always going to be a good time when you’re around me. I’m everyone’s hype man. Lol
Christina: What inspired the creation of SKIN BY IREI, and how does the brand differentiate itself in the crowded skincare market?
Ireion: I was searching for a healthier option to take care of my (at the time) young sons’ skin. It was also a time when I decided to transition to natural hair, and I had no clue how to take care of it. I started researching ingredients, and from there, my first product was born. That was about 10 years ago. What makes my brand stand out from others is the innovation that goes into my products. I always try to offer products from a different perspective. I make them interesting. I experiment with different textures, colors, and scents.
Christina: The mission of SKIN BY IREI goes beyond skincare to promote a sense of overall well-being. How do you integrate this holistic approach into your product development and brand philosophy?
Ireion: I make products that feel good when applying. My products promote self-care and allow you to enjoy essential smells and textures. Self-love and touch are so important, and we care for ourselves through our senses. I keep my products bright and fun so it’s pleasing to the eye and brain.

Christina: The inclusion of a message of hope and encouragement on every package is such a special touch. Can you explain the significance of this message and how you believe it adds value to your customers’ skincare routines?
Ireion: Have you ever been in a hopeless mood, and it seems like everything is going wrong? Have you ever suffered from depression or anxiety, and you don’t even know why you’re feeling like this? It’s a terrible feeling. The goal is, when our customers pick up a product, they will read that message, and it reminds them, that everything is going to be ok. You got this, and to keep pushing forward. “Everything’s Gonna Be Alright”
Christina: As the founder of SKIN BY IREI, what are your future aspirations for the brand?
Ireion: I really want my own storefront. I envision it being huge. A place where people can come to shop, get facials, and just a space for my customers to feel good. I would also like to start attending and maybe even speaking at mental health awareness/support events.
