Our lineup of dynamic expert speakers will enlighten you with tips, tools, and strategies to tap into your highest self and activate your me power.  

 

In case you have not noticed, the world has sped up since before the pandemic, and it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle and neglect ourselves. Topics for the event include empowerment, faith, fitness, grief and mental health, and identity.
