Exercise can help with emotions because the physical impacts the mental and emotional. It is a valuable resource for anxiety and depression. The activities of your physical movement release the endorphins in your body, and it helps you cope in a healthy way. Exercise gives you the outlet that you need.

 

If you feel like you cannot shake off the bad days or the blues, please look for resources or health professionals. 

 

We are breaking trends. Instead of fixating on problems, try exercising to get your heart rate pumping and mood lifted.
