Tammy: What inspired you to become an entrepreneur?
Donzella: What inspired me to be an entrepreneur is that I was tired of waking up every morning going to work for someone else. I wanted more out of life than sitting behind a desk. I have never been the type of person that could march to the beat of someone else’s drum.
Tammy: How do you balance your career and personal life?
Donzella: I am a very organized and structured person. Knowing family, for the most part, will come first. However, being a career woman is about prioritizing and knowing what needs to be on the forefront and/or what can be placed on the back burner.
Tammy: What is a quote that you live by?
Donzella: “When you undervalue what you do; the world will undervalue who you are?” – Oprah Winfrey
Tammy: What defines your swag as a businesswoman?
Donzella: I am always trying to maintain a positive attitude and assert my abilities to nurture and care for others in a way that brings both my clients and myself a success.
Tammy: What is a super fun fact about you that many people aren’t aware of?
Donzella: A super fun fact about me is that I love to dance, but I am not the best at it. I can JAM in my seat, but it is an entirely different story when I stand on my feet.
Tammy: What do you want your legacy to look like?
Donzella: I want my legacy to look as though I lived my life to the fullest. No fear, no regrets, with no disappointments. I want to leave behind a financial legacy for my son and my grandchildren.
