Inspired by an episode of the Balanced Black Girl Podcast, we take it back to the 1960s, when the Black Panthers began speaking about self-care in our community to sharing tips and hosting interesting discussions about self-care with three of today’s successful black businesswomen, Melody Shari, Candace Holyfield, and Tasha Lyons.
