What is a Cheat Meal?

Coach Beverly K. Johnson talks cheat meals- what they are and how they play a part in your fitness plan. 

Rest and cheat meals should always be included in your fitness plan. Treat yourself but set some boundaries to help you maintain your plan.

One thing to remember when going on a diet is that eating the same thing every day can get boring.

A cheat meal is your one meal throughout the week that allows you to indulge in something you love or enjoy eating. Your cheat meal is a safety valve. 

Some people have a cheat meal, whereas others may have a cheat day or weekend. Coach Bev warns that it might be risky to do the weekend duration because you may be thrown off your plan.

Coach Bev also warns us not to fear food or lose our enjoyment in life.   

She also shares that she meal preps from Sunday to Wednesday and then Wedesdnay until Sunday.
