Which Should You Choose, Keto or Intermittent Fasting?

Which should you choose, keto or intermittent fasting? Well, they are two different things. One is a “how to eat,” and the other is a “when to eat.” 


Regardless of which diet you fix, it comes down to staying consistent and your budget. Other things like who else is in the house with you may affect your plans too. 


Coach Bev suggests you at least attempt your diet for 30 days before deciding if it is for you or not. 


Intermittent fasting gives you perimeters for when you should eat. During your eight hours, you must still change your diet during your fasting period. You must be mindful of your food consumption and your water intake and have a solid workout plan. 


Keto is based on the idea that driving the body into ketosis will prompt fat loss. It tells you what you can and cannot eat. Also, be sure you can sustain this diet.
