Fancy: How would you describe your swagher? What makes Lady Tiffany Nicole, Lady Tiffany Nicole?

Lady Tiffany Nicole: Great question! I would describe my “SwagHer” as crazy, sexy, cool, LOL, but for Jesus! I loved TLC because I identified with their swag in the 90s and their ability to be themselves unapologetically. That is exactly what and who Lady Tiffany Nicole is, a trendsetter and finally comfortable in her skin to be relatable and reachable and out of the box to reach those overlooked and cast aside but show them the love of God no matter where they are. If He can save me- surely, He can save you too!

Fancy: How did you discover that you were purposed to preach the gospel, or did you just know?

Lady Tiffany Nicole: Wow. I didn’t “know” so to speak. But in hindsight, I have always been a leader for Him. I was the President of FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) in high school and held bible study one day a week before school in my coach’s classroom. I also started a gospel choir at a predominately white high school I attended with basically all the Black kids and three friends of mine. I have always had a heart for God’s word and loved to worship. I taught Sunday school to teenagers and was over vacation bible school one summer, and they related to me the way I taught the word. The rest God continued to build, and here I am an ordained minister. Wow, it still trips me out to even say it sometimes.

Fancy: What advice would you give to those pursuing a career in radio?

Lady Tiffany Nicole: Check your motives for the reason you are pursuing a career in radio or media at large. It’s not for the faint at heart. It is not a lot of money in this career, so you can’t be looking to get rich, LOL. Seek God and ask Him, “why?”. You must have the passion for it, or you honestly won’t last long at all.

Fancy: From our Clubhouse event, I know that your story goes more like radio found you. How reluctant were you at first about pursuing that career choice?

Lady Tiffany Nicole: Very reluctant! I was a radio personality with a very good friend of mine on Hip Hop radio in 2015. So, when it was presented to me again in 2017, that’s the avenue I was looking for to join someone else’s platform again. She (another acquaintance) pushed me to have my own show in September of 2017. I fought it for four months until God said clearly in the middle of the night, “You are it…”. Even then, it took some time to accept it. On January 6, 2018, The Virtuous Hour was birth on Gospel Radio Nation with my Modern Proverbs Women sisters with me, and the rest is history. Radio ministry saved my life. It got me through the darkest valleys that even I still can’t believe I am standing here today.

Fancy: How does it feel to have the first African American woman-owned internet radio station in three major markets?

Lady Tiffany Nicole: Wow, to read it still is unbelievable. To say it is unreal. But to walk in it and take this faith walk day by day, it is a true testament to God’s ability to do something through you when you are yielded to HIM and have a complete “Yes” to His will and His way. He provides for His vision, and I am a living witness that what He says He can do through you, He will bring it to pass. When He spoke, I was like “How am I supposed to do this?” Now look, I’m doing it! I am still the same ole crazy, sexy, cool Tiff. I am thankful for my real friends and those that have been with me since day one and have seen what God can do, those who supported me wholeheartedly. And because God is the greatest power, Power Influence Radio will never be defeated. I am truly humbled to be chosen to have the voice of God shared on the airwaves and use the power of radio to make a kingdom influence around the globe. Fancy: What type of work do you do with Modern Proverbs Women?

Lady Tiffany Nicole: MPW is my heart and a non-profit organization. We are called to uplift support and encourage women through mentorship while promoting sisterhood. I did a personal bible study on the Proverbs 31 Woman. From that transformative study, I learned that there are other women just like me that don’t think they are good enough, beautiful enough, strong enough because of the lies of the enemy and past relationships with dudes that didn’t appreciate the rubies we are. My calling to broken women has allowed me to be a “sister” to the sisterless. Sisterhood has had a bad rap for years and has caused so many women to miss the joy of having “Mary/Elizabeth” moments where just a word from a God-sent woman can cause your baby to leap! That is what MPW is about, helping women embrace sisterhood and helping you see that the enemy is a bald-faced lie! You are fearfully and wonderfully made. We have book discussions, networking, a woman-owned business directory to support and do business with. Soon, our website will have online courses to get basic training to help entrepreneurs build. In 2022 there will be a scholarship program for young ladies graduating high school going to college for business. I’m excited about what is to come.  Stay up to date with us at
