Can we talk about the latest Instagram features?
I thought you all would want to know how these features can benefit you and how you can use them as business owners. So far, I have noticed three that I plan to discuss in this post.
The Collaboration Feature:
The collaboration feature displays the words “Open to collaborating” a little below your name on your Instagram profile. This allows viewers of your profile to know that you are open to collaboration. If you are a budding influencer, it’s a great feature to have. The more you collaborate with others on Instagram, the more you continue to grow your audience. You don’t have to be an influencer for this to be a part of your social media strategy.
Music on Each Slide of the Carousel Post:
You can now add music to each slide of your carousel instead of picking one song to play at a time for the duration of the whole carousel. Since Instagram really needs to work on its cultural and commercial music, this feature may not be too popular on our business accounts. However, on our personal accounts, where many of us still have access to the commercial library and are working on our personal brand, this could be a fun feature to incorporate into your post creation.

Notes on Posts and Reels for Friends:
Last but not least there are the notes on posts and reels feature. This feature only works for those who you are friends with, meaning you are following each other. You could encourage previous and current clients, friends, and supporters to leave little review notes. We can choose who sees these notes by adjusting our settings.
