5 Affirmations to Inspire Your Week

Affirmations are positive self-talk for a better mindset. I’ve practiced them for at least thirteen years, and it is incredible to see what they have helped to bring to fruition. Since we are claiming nothing but a blessed and prosperous year for 2024, I am sharing five affirmations to inspire you through your week.

Remembering Your Worth:

Feeling a little down and questioning your worth? We all experience it from time to time. Here are three affirmations to remember your self-worth.

  • I embrace my magic. I am a symphony of strength and grace.
  • My melanin is a masterpiece; I wear it proudly. I am a Black queen.
  • I speak my truth. My voice is a powerful melody.

Listen to these affirmations here and add them to a playlist because there are more to come!

Remembering Your Strength:

Believe me, sis, I get it. Being strong can get tiresome, and sometimes we feel worn down. We don’t even remember our own strength—how we fought the last battle or slayed the last dragon. Hopefully, these affirmations will remind you of your strength.

Every setback is a setup for a legendary comeback.

Rooted in heritage, blooming in greatness, I am our ancestors’ wildest dreams!

Remember, you should write and speak these affirmations aloud daily. The more you believe, the better the results!
