Need to stay motivated during stages of renewal?
Taking the steps to cleanse your mind and body can be challenging. However, the value that will arise from completing the process will be priceless. Not only will taking these actions help you to stay motivated through your renewal stages, but it will also help you be more mindful of the action steps you create throughout your day. The process can be as easy as you let it. I hope you enjoy trying out the five quick ways to keep motivated, and remember there is no rush or pressure to complete all of them. Just do what feels right when you can experiment.
- Take a walk around the block or walk the hallway stairs.
There are many benefits to taking a walk, even if only for one to three minutes long. It allows you to wake up your body and open up your breathing passages. Most importantly, it does not take too much time away from your regular schedule, and you can take a walk no matter the weather or temperature. Another bonus from walking is that it relieves stress built up during the workday or any busy day. To successfully learn how to incorporate new habits, you must slowly integrate these new steps into your life. Make realistic goals. In the beginning stages, start with walking while you talk on your phone or when you are brushing your teeth. Anything that doesn’t involve too much change in your regular day. For others who have been walking more, think about consistently increasing your walking patterns. During more advanced stages of your process, it would bode well to incorporate walks lasting 5-10 minutes long and 3x a day.
2. Look for new recipes on places like Pinterest or Instagram
Many times, it is most helpful to see what others have created to help ensure you make something new on your own or duplicate a previously created item. Luckily, we have the internet, and you can see what new food anyone around the world has to offer so that you can create a new experience in your world. Taking time to see new things is part of the Renewal process, so this is your moment now to really submerge your mind into new items or facts. Since cleaner ways of living are now becoming the new fab, it’s quite easy to view many types of energetic meal options to indulge in new cultural food experiences. The recommended location to search for these items would be Pinterest, which is great for finding new recipes and also great for those with specific health restrictions. Instagram is perfect for finding the best healthy-friendly restaurants, fast food, or anything else health-conscious. Then you have YouTube, and the benefit of YouTube is it allows you access to a mega pool of information, including how to farm or create your own garden in your home or outside your house. The amount of step-by-step information on how to grow your fruits and veggies is endless.

3. Find groups on Facebook that have names like alkaline, awaken or something that is related to your everyday hobby
A lot of conscious-minded people have shied away from social media over the years because of the high volume of misguided sharing and posting. Our tools are here to guide us to be better in life, but we must understand that we choose the direction we need to go in. Creating an intentional newsfeed on your social media accounts will help increase your engagement and empowerment through social media. By only following motivational pages or friends, you will see a quick improvement in your experience with social media and how you share with others. It is very important to unfollow friends on Facebook or any other social site that you feel does not represent your current values or goals. Start looking for like-minded groups to help stretch you beyond your limitations during your renewal process or any stage in your life. It also helps to take time to see what other conscious-minded individuals are following on their media accounts. Creating a deeper awareness that media outlets are here to help guide us to see the world we want to see.
4. Practice different bathroom break exercises
One of the greatest benefits of a bathroom break is that it is also a brain break and movement time. Taking the time to add more flexible movements into your moments is where your time matters most. Incorporating an additional one to three minutes during your break will not break your workflow. In fact, it will increase your brain stamina and improve your responses to challenges throughout your day. Some recommended movements to help increase your motivation would be to try to sit squats, leg raises with arm crunches, or a body twist side to side motions.
5. Start a chat group with your conscious friends, only meant for educational topics like natal charts, sciences, and engagements to create goals.
A perfect way to stretch the mind further is to create realistic outlets. One would be to start a chat group with a few friends, just enough to have a decent flow of conversation. You will want to make sure the group is of conscious and like-minded individuals similar to yourself. Make clear what temperament and structure will be established while interacting collectively. For example, say a group of friends all were starting a business and wanted to help encourage each other to remain consistent and positive. So, by creating a chat group that was structured to support two main goals, helping them grow in their lives and business. The group would benefit in many ways by helping each other keep the momentum consistent. One would be giving each other helpful tips or insights which will turn into a history of inspirational messages for the group. It is also powerful fuel to your renewal process no matter what type of group is created. At the beginning of any group, action steps should be suggested as the foundation principle. This would make sure there are clear boundaries for the group to set intentions related only to forward progress. It is always recommended to be mindful and accountable for how you are showing up in the group and other areas of your life.
So those are my five quick ways to stay motivated during your renewal stages. It is a beautiful gift to give yourself, but the process can be beautiful or it can be painful; it all depends on you. Making proactive habits in life will create the greatest value in your personal investments. Allowing the journey to be the experience is a much more creative way to live life. When you are in acceptance of your quest, your joy will come much faster as well.
