High-achievers are said to be driven by a strong personal desire to accomplish meaningful, important goals. Today I wanted to share five traits of high achievers in case you are unaware that you, too, are a high achiever. So here goes below.
- You are action-oriented.
You may not always think things all the way through before stepping into action, but your good intentions guide you on the right path, and you usually accomplish what you set out to do. You are always trying to figure stuff out, and you are constantly creating and revamping your ideas.
2. You are a visionary.
Unlike many people, you can see the full staircase, and you have no problem taking it. You have a clear vision of what you want to bring to fruition, and you birth new projects.
3. You have laser focus.
Some might say when you get into projects that, you have blinders on because you only give attention to whatever you are working on. Your only goal is to see it complete, and you work to make it happen.
4. You are disciplined.
This is a given. You may have coaches and advisors, but at the end of the day, you know what you need to do, and you do it because it is important to you. You take initiative and are a self-starter too.
5. You are a life-learner.
You may not be in school like me, but you are continuously learning new things and further educating yourself. It could be said that you pursue knowledge for fun.
These are just a few traits of high-achievers, but I would love to know what other traits you can think of and/or how you identify with any of these. Feel free to let me know in the comments.
