5 Ways to Prepare for the Click-In Virtual Women’s Empowerment Summit

By now, you should have your tickets for the Click-In Virtual Women’s Empowerment Summit on December 12th presented by The Core94. This full-day event will feature prominent women speakers and virtual networking opportunities. The focus of this summit is to empower women to live healthier, wealthier, and wiser lives by providing a platform where women can network, interact, learn, and support small businesses.

With a list full of dynamic speakers, I asked Brittany Jacobs, owner of The Core94 radio station, for tips on how to prepare for this event. So below are five ways you can be ready and enjoy the event to the fullest. Also, continue reading to see why this is the closeout event of the year for millennials.

1.Grab a cute notebook to take down the gems dropped.

  1. Find a quiet place with good lighting for the 1- on-1 networking.
  2. Make sure they have a good internet connection.
  3. Testing your camera, mic, and audio would be great if you choose to partake in the event’s networking portion.
  4. Complete your profile on HopIn, so everyone can better identify and connect with you. You can do this by clicking on the circle avatar to the right of the screen. You can also add your Twitter, Linkedin, and website links to your profile.

(Note, it may be better to create your profile from a desktop because I had issues on my phone.)

Now that you know how to prepare for the Click-In, let me tell you about the special guest and live performance. Grammy-nominated rapper and actress Yolanda “Yo-Yo” Whitaker will also be taking the stage. Closing out the event will be the R&B group,112, on 12-12-2020! Yes, the musical group will be giving a live performance.

See flyer for the list of speakers.

Yes, sis! If you don’t have your tickets yet, you can grab them here.  I hope to see you Saturday! Speaker Dove Bennett also has some great write-ups of the speakers on Medium.
