Pen Paper Publish is an independently-owned company that sells Christian books and helps others self publish their books. Services offered are proofreading/editing, book coaching sessions, self-publishing, and ghostwriting. The goal is to help other authors self publish their book in three to five months.
Christina: What is your SwagHer? What makes Shelly, Shelly?
Shelly: My SwagHer is my smartness, sassiness, sexiness, and spiritual life.
Christina: Why did you start Pen.Paper.Publish?Â
Shelly: I have a passion for reading and writing. Along the way, I have met others who want to write and self-publish a book. So, I decided to use my knowledge and establish Pen.Paper.Publish.
Christina: Have you always wanted to provide a helping hand to other authors?Â
Shelly: Yes, but sometimes it can be challenging, so I am learning how to be firm and effective.
Christina: You have several books out. Can you tell our readers about it? Where can they purchase it?Â
Shelly: God Spoke and I Listened: chronicles the trials and tribulations in love, job life, being a single parent, spiritual life, finances that I encountered, and how God gave me a word to help me overcome the emotional let downs.

Shelly: Pen.Paper.Publish offers book coaching, ghostwriting, copy editing, speakers, and sells inspirational books written by me.
Christina: Who or what encourages you to continue being an author and entrepreneur?Â
Shelly: God. God gave me this gift of writing. Sometimes I want to give up, but I have to see what the end will be.
Christina: Name three things you can’t live without.Â
Shelly: God, my children, and my mother.
Christina: What does success mean to you?
Shelly: Success is accepting the good and the bad, learning from mistakes, and knowing that all things are possible with God.
Christina: Do you have any upcoming events or projects you would like to share with our readers?
Shelly: I am working on my 3rd book titled Let Me Encourage You to Pray, Believe, and Wait.
Christina: Is there anything else you would like to add?
Shelly: I just want to say that without God, it cannot be done, so always put Him first!
