There is a very big, ridiculously CHEEEEEZY grin on my face as I congratulate my sis, Cardi B in my head and heart. Apparently, the megastar’s career is on FIRE, just like the fire that constantly burns in her belly to improve on herself, her family, her career, and anyone fortunate enough to be granted a seat with her on this journey called life!Â
She not only pops out hits after hits with her music, albeit critics throwing ghostwriting daggers trying to burst her bubbles. Belcalis still walks to her own beat, empowering females of varying ages and socio-economic demographics to liberate themselves from the societal constraints and to walk in their own individual power of their sexuality.Â
Just in case people were under the misguided notion that she was just an “empty barrel making noises” without the knowledge or wisdom to back it up, think again! Her hobbies include, but are not limited to, watching historical documentaries, specifically on politics and comparing the policies and implementations which have changed with the presidents and historical leaders.
Did I also mention that according to the Associated Press, the 26-year old, Bronx rapper just signed in for a residency in Las Vegas?
To describe Cardi B as unique, is an understatement and to try and figure out her next move is like trying to catch lightening in a bottle. One thing is for sure, her enigmatic character will definitely help her keep on top!Â
