At 62 years young, Coach RoRo, born Ramona Millard, embodies what it looks like to rise, rebuild, and reinvent yourself with fire, faith, and fearless purpose. A Women’s Empowerment Coach, Creative Disruptor, Wellness Strategist, and Digital Visionary, she has turned some of life’s heaviest blows into a global mission to uplift women in mind, body, soul, and finances. Her story is one of extraordinary resilience: from losing her daughter Domo, to reclaiming her own health, to rediscovering her creative gifts that began with her father’s early teachings. Today, she transforms women nationwide through Bye Bye Belly, Inspired to Be Snatched, Nspired AI Studio, and her upcoming movement, Gurl Just Breathe.
What makes Coach RoRo remarkable is not just her ability to lead, but the authenticity behind it. She speaks from the trenches of grief, from the mountaintops of healing, and from the divine assignment she finally said yes to. Her journey proves that purpose does not expire, reinvention has no age limit, and every woman carries the power to rise again. In this intimate conversation, she opens up about the moments that shaped her calling, the legacy she is building, and the unstoppable SwagHer she walks in today.
Fancy: Your journey weaves together empowerment, wellness, faith, and creativity. What moment in your life first made you realize you were called to lead and transform women’s lives?
Coach RoRo: Honestly, there wasn’t one big lightning bolt moment. It was a quiet shift that started after I joined Bye Bye Belly. I was just a customer at first, trying to get my wellness and my life back. But once I became a consultant, something in me started waking up.
Women began reaching out, telling me how my story was giving them strength, how my struggle was helping them breathe again. And that’s when it hit me: everything I survived had a purpose bigger than me.
Around that same time, God pushed me in a direction I did NOT see coming, forgiveness. He told me to pray for the person tied to the deepest heartbreak of my life: losing my daughter. I questioned Him, wrestled with it, but I EVENTUALLY obeyed. And in that obedience, something broke open. Something healed. Something grew.
That’s the moment things clicked. I realized I wasn’t just sharing products, but I was guiding women back to themselves. I wasn’t just telling my story, but I was giving women permission to rise. I didn’t choose this path. This calling chose me, and I finally said yes.
Fancy: You’ve shared how your father’s influence shaped your gifts in design and entrepreneurship. How did those early seeds become the foundation of the powerhouse brands you’ve built today?
Coach RoRo: My father planted seeds in me long before I even knew they were taking root. He was an engineer, a genius, and a true visionary who was light-years ahead of his time. I grew up watching him sketch dreams on paper and build things that didn’t exist until he imagined them. I didn’t realize it at the time, but I was soaking up every bit of his creativity, his discipline, and his standard of excellence.
Those seeds sat in me quietly for years until life pushed me into entrepreneurship, and suddenly everything he taught me came alive.
The design skills? That’s why my branding is clean, bold, intentional, and unforgettable.
The creativity? That’s why I can take an idea like Inspired to Be Snatched, Snatched With Coach RoRo, Coach RoRo Digital, and Nspired AI Studio and turn it into a whole movement with its own heartbeat.
The entrepreneurship? That’s why I don’t sit around waiting for a door to open. I build the door, paint it gold, throw some bling on it, and invite women to walk through it with me.
My father probably never knew he was doing more than teaching me design, but he was shaping my destiny. He handed me a blueprint, both in the natural and in the spirit, for the empire I’m building today.
So when people ask how I juggle it all, wellness, empowerment, digital marketing, AI, ministry, creativity, I just smile because the answer is simple: I’m my father’s daughter. A visionary raised me. And now I’m walking in that same legacy, creating, building, empowering, and designing spaces where women can grow, transform, and step into their God-given purpose.

Fancy: Losing your daughter, Domo, was a life-altering tragedy. How has her memory guided your mission and the way you pour into women nationwide through your work?
Coach RoRo: Losing my daughter, Dominique (Domo), didn’t just break me, but it rerouted my entire life. That kind of pain doesn’t fade, it changes you from the inside out. But instead of letting grief swallow me, I made a choice: her life, her love, her legacy would move through the work I do. Every woman I pour into, every mama I encourage, every sister I remind to breathe, to heal, to hope again, that’s me honoring my child.
Her memory is what pushes me on the days when showing up feels heavy. Her no longer being here is what reminds me that life is too short to sit in the dark. And her legacy is woven into everything I build, Inspired to Be Snatched, Snatched With Coach RoRo, Coach RoRo Digital, Nspired AI Studio, and of course, Gurl Just Breathe, every single piece of it.
Because here’s the truth: If I could find my breath again after losing her, I know God can help another woman find hers, too.
So when I speak, when I teach, when I empower, I’m not just running businesses.
I’m building HOPE. Real hope. For women who have been knocked down by life, for women who feel overlooked, for women who don’t see a way forward.
Domo will always be my why. She is the heartbeat behind my mission. And every time a woman gets snatched in her mind, her body, her soul, or her finances, I feel like her legacy shines just a little bit brighter.
Fancy: Your own wellness transformation sparked your role as a National Expansion Leader with Bye Bye Belly. What mindset shift helped you reclaim your health, and how do you help other women start their journey with hope?
Coach RoRo: The biggest shift for me happened the day I finally admitted the truth: I wasn’t just trying to lose weight, I was trying to find myself again.
For years, I had been struggling yet still trying to pour into everybody else, serving, giving, caretaking, surviving. But I wasn’t really living. And one day I looked at myself and said, “Girl… this ain’t it. You deserve to feel good in your body, your mind, and your spirit.”
That’s when everything changed. I stopped chasing a number on the scale and started chasing wholeness. I stopped operating in survival mode and decided to thrive.
And then Bye Bye Belly came right on time, plant-based, simple, and exactly what I needed. It helped me get my energy back. My confidence back. My joy back.
Becoming a consultant after that? Easy. Because I realized something major: My journey was the permission another woman needed to believe she could change, too.
Now, as a National Expansion Leader, I teach women to start with HOPE, not pressure. I walk them through the same shift I had to make. Start where you are. Take one step. Give yourself grace. And understand that wellness isn’t punishment, but it’s a love letter to your future self.
When women come to me, I don’t hand them shame. I hand them possibility. I let them borrow my belief until theirs wakes up. Whether they want to get snatched, get healthy, or get paid, I show them it all begins with one decision: “I am worth the transformation.” And once they say that, their whole life starts shifting.
Fancy: You’ve mastered graphic design for over 30 years and now blend creativity with digital innovation. How are you helping women build brands and income streams in today’s digital landscape?
Coach RoRo: Listen, I’ve been in this graphic design game for over 30 years. I was out here doing layouts, logos, flyers, and full-blown branding before Canva even knew she was going to show up on this earth.
But the magic now is how I took all those years of old-school skill, discipline, and creativity and blended them with the digital world we live in today. I don’t just design cute graphics. I build brands. I build confidence. I build income streams.
Through Nspired AI Studio, AI Inspirations, and everything I do in digital marketing, I’m teaching women how to create scroll-stopping brands without feeling like they need a degree, build digital products that actually sell, use AI to work smarter, save time, and make more money, tell their story through visuals that make people say, “Sis… where do I buy this?”, and monetize their creativity with memberships, courses, MRR and PLR, all the things that allow them to step into the online world with strategy, clarity, and confidence.
My whole mission is simple: Take a woman from “I think I could do this…” to “Oh, wait, I HAVE A WHOLE BRAND?!?”
And here’s the real tea. I’m not just teaching women how to fish. I’m showing them how to own the pond.
I’m teaching strategy, branding, digital marketing, AI tools, and creativity in a way that helps women build something real, something sustainable, something that pays them AND feels like them.
This digital world can be intimidating, but when you’re rolling with Coach RoRo, we turn confusion into coins and ideas into impact. We’re not just building brands over here. We’re building legacy. We’re building freedom. We’re building generational wealth, one snatched, confident entrepreneur at a time.

Fancy: Your upcoming movement, Gurl Just Breathe, is rooted in your deepest valley. What do you want women to experience, feel, or discover when they join this global space of healing and reinvention?
Coach RoRo: Gurl Just Breathe is still in its early stages, but God made something very clear at the very first Walk for Domo on November 29th, 2025. It was held exactly six years to the very day that my daughter gained her angel wings. He cemented that this movement will be bigger than anything I could have imagined.
Family, friends, and my daughter’s former co-workers gathered in person, and women from all across the country walked wherever they were. The texts, messages, calls, tags, Facebook Lives, and posts poured in nonstop. That unity touched my heart in a way that words can’t capture. In that moment, I realized something deeply spiritual: when God births something, He births it with impact. This wasn’t just a walk. It was confirmation.
Gurl Just Breathe will become a global sanctuary for women, especially women carrying grief, trauma, pressure, or life’s silent battles. It will be a space where they can release, rebuild, and rediscover the parts of themselves they thought were gone. Through workshops, the podcast, community events, and future retreats, women will learn that breathing is not weakness, it is survival, strength, and rebirth.
And alongside this movement, the D.O.M.O. Foundation will rise in my daughter’s honor, empowering families, supporting grieving mothers, and providing resources for women who feel like life has stolen too much from them. What started with one walk will grow into programs, outreach, mentorship, and national support that carry Domo’s legacy forward with purpose.
So even though Gurl Just Breathe has only taken its first step, I already know this.
It will heal thousands.
It will restore hope.
It will revive joy.
And it will change lives.
This is just the beginning, and God is writing the rest.
Fancy: How would you describe your SwagHer? What makes Coach RoRo, Coach RoRo, especially at 62 and still boldly redefining what’s possible?
Coach RoRo: My SwagHer? It’s a holy mix of fire, faith, finesse, and “you can’t tell me nothing.” I’m 62 out here moving and thinking like I’m just getting started… because I AM. I don’t shrink, I don’t dim, and I don’t apologize for being a Black woman who walks boldly in her God-given assignment.
What makes Coach RoRo, COACH RORO?
I’ve lived.
I’ve lost.
I’ve been broken.
I’ve rebuilt.
And now I’m unstoppable.
My SwagHer is rooted in resilience. Polished by purpose. Fueled by faith. And wrapped in golden confidence that money can’t buy and time can’t fade.
At 62, I’m redefining what’s possible because I refuse to age out of my destiny. I’m aging into it. Every wrinkle? A victory. Every year? A chapter. Every blessing? A testimony. And every room I walk into? It shifts.
Women look at me and see proof that it’s never too late.
Too late to glow up.
Too late to get snatched.
Too late to start over.
Too late to prosper.
Too late to walk in purpose.
Too late to thrive.
My SwagHer is the audacity to believe God when He says I can do ALL things.
My SwagHer is the confidence to stand tall after storms that people didn’t think I’d survive.
My SwagHer is choosing joy, choosing purpose, choosing wholeness, choosing ME.
I’m 62 with sparkle, grit, brilliance, boldness, and oil all over my life, and I’m just getting warmed up. That’s my SwagHer. And it’s only going UP from here.
