For Dr. Tina J. Ramsay, 2026 has become a defining year of purpose-driven leadership as two organizations she founded have received statewide recognition in the Best of South Carolina Awards—each for its own unique mission.

CTR Media Network has been named a Best of South Carolina 2026 Regional Winner, following its Best of South Carolina 2025 Winner recognition, while CTR CARES Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, earned its first Best of South Carolina 2026 Honorable Mention for its commitment to education, literacy, community outreach, and service.

Together, these honors represent more than awards. They reflect the vision, perseverance, and leadership of a Black woman who intentionally built two separate organizations with distinct missions that collaborate to create lasting impact throughout South Carolina and beyond.
