Healing is not just a profession for Dr. Jai—it is her purpose, her passion, and the foundation of her life’s work. During our recent CEO Chatter Live conversation, we explored her incredible journey, touching on entrepreneurship, personal challenges, and how she has made healing a guiding principle in everything she does.
From an early age, Dr. Jai knew she was called to healing. After surviving a tragic car accident as a young girl, she found herself instinctively stepping in to help save her brother’s arm. “I just remember grabbing something… wrapping his arm real tight and holding it until the paramedics came,” she recalled. That moment solidified her passion for healing and sparked her mission to make a difference through medicine and compassionate care.
When asked how she balances wearing so many hats—medical provider, entrepreneur, author, and model—Dr. Jai shared, “It’s all about alignment. God has gifted me with many talents, and I just flow naturally between them. Healing isn’t just physical; it’s mind, body, soul, and spirit.” Meditation and a strong sense of purpose keep her grounded as she juggles her roles.
Throughout our conversation, it became clear that healing for Dr. Jai goes beyond traditional medicine. At Divine Medical Health Care Services and across her ventures, she practices personalized, compassionate care. “I don’t just prescribe medicine and push you out the door,” she emphasized. “I need to know who you are. You need to feel safe with me. Healing begins when trust is established.”

One of the most powerful moments came when we discussed the state of healthcare today. Dr. Jai candidly spoke about how the pursuit of profit can overshadow patient care. “Some are more focused on dollars than on healing,” she said. “It’s not about the money for me. It’s about doing right by people. Healing should be at the core of what we do.” Her integrity and passion for patient advocacy were undeniable.
Dr. Jai’s concept of healing also includes emotional and spiritual wellness. Having endured domestic violence and personal trauma herself, she understands deeply how unaddressed emotional wounds can manifest as physical illness. “Diseases often come from emotional imbalance and spiritual disconnection,” she explained. “Healing starts with mindset and peace.” She even founded Untamed Trauma, a platform dedicated to helping people confront and heal their traumas.
When I asked her about building long-term relationships with patients, she lit up: “Seeing someone transform, hearing ‘Thank you,’ watching them walk in their purpose—that’s the ultimate reward. Healing isn’t just fixing what’s broken; it’s helping someone become whole again.”
Of course, balancing her many endeavors hasn’t come without challenges, especially in relationships. “I’m a workaholic,” she laughed. “Some people think because we’re independent, we don’t need anyone. That’s not true. We all need healing connections with each other.”
Looking ahead, Dr. Jai hopes to scale back a bit professionally, not to stop healing but to make space for even deeper work. She plans to continue speaking engagements, write more books, and build spaces where others can find their own healing and balance.
Before we wrapped up, Dr. Jai gave our audience a powerful message: “Be you. Stop trying to fit into someone else’s puzzle. Healing starts when you honor your true self. Trust that the right people and opportunities will find you when you do.”
As our conversation ended, it was clear that healing isn’t just something Dr. Jai does—it’s who she is. Through her dedication, countless lives are being transformed one intentional act of compassion at a time.
