Dominique: Fresh N Fancy LLC Floral Designs was born from my deep love for flowers and their ability to connect people and emotions in meaningful ways. I’ve always been inspired by how flowers can tell stories, evoke emotions, and transform moments into lifelong memories. Starting this business allowed me to merge my creativity with my desire to touch lives through beauty and intention.
The concept of ‘flower power’ is at the heart of my work. To me, it represents the transformative energy of flowers and their ability to uplift, heal, and inspire. Every arrangement I design is crafted to leave a lasting impact, whether celebrating life’s milestones, offering comfort, or simply spreading joy. I aim to go beyond aesthetics, creating designs that resonate deeply with the people they’re made for.

Collaborating with the My Black is Beautiful hair care line during Essence Fest was a dream come true. A moment that affirmed the purpose behind my work. Creating beautiful arrangements is one thing, but showcasing them on a stage that celebrates culture, excellence, and creativity is incredibly fulfilling.
It’s a reminder that flowers are more than decorations. They’re a powerful form of expression that can complement and elevate meaningful moments. Being part of events like these inspires me to continue pushing boundaries, refining my craft, and honoring my clients’ trust in me. Flowers have long been associated with emotional and physical well-being, and blending their essence with natural herbs felt like the perfect way to offer something restorative and soothing.
