Daija Hopson is leading a movement to inspire and uplift women by tackling two crucial aspects of their lives: financial and personal growth. As the founder of Luxury Credit Company and Luxury Tax Pros, she’s committed to helping women overcome financial setbacks, rebuild their credit, and take steps toward stability. With her latest venture into the beauty industry, Daija is bridging the gap between external confidence and internal transformation, empowering women to thrive in every area of their lives. Her hands-on approach, coupled with her upcoming holiday give-back event, highlights her dedication to creating lasting change for women and families in need.

As the founder of Luxury Credit Company and Luxury Tax Pros, two businesses dedicated to empowering women, what impact do you want to make in the lives of your clients?
Daija: I aim to leave my clients feeling empowered by sharing my personal story and equipping them with the financial tools they need to succeed. Beyond helping them achieve financial independence, I want to instill confidence and inspire them to exceed their credit and financial goals. Empowerment is about more than financial freedom; it’s about creating opportunities for personal growth and lifelong stability.
You’re not only helping women financially but also launching a beauty brand focused on self-love. How do you see the connection between financial stability and self-confidence in empowering women holistically?
Daija: When women achieve financial independence, they gain more control over their lives. This freedom enables them to pursue their passions, invest in personal growth, and live life on their own terms. Self-confidence grows from this empowerment, creating a cycle of resilience and assurance.
By tying beauty to self-love, my brand reinforces the idea that empowerment is about embracing individuality. Financial stability and self-confidence work hand in hand to help women take control of their lives, celebrate their uniqueness, and thrive holistically. Together, these elements create a foundation for women to live boldly, authentically, and unapologetically.
Starting and managing two businesses and now a beauty brand must come with its challenges. How do you stay motivated and manage your time to achieve so much success?
Daija: I stay motivated by focusing on the lives I change daily. Seeing my clients transform their financial situations inspires me to keep going. Balance is essential, and I achieve it by surrounding myself with the right team and delegating tasks effectively. Having a strong support system allows me to focus on growth while maintaining the impact of my work.
Looking ahead, what’s your long-term vision for Luxury Credit Company, Luxury Tax Pros, and your beauty brand? How do you hope to expand your impact in the years to come?
Daija: My long-term vision is to expand the reach of my financial businesses to help more people regain control of their finances. I aim to grow nationally, creating job opportunities and empowering more women through mentorship and employment. With my beauty brand, I hope to continue building a movement that ties self-love and confidence to financial empowerment, showing women they can thrive in every area of their lives.
Please tell us about your upcoming holiday give-back event in Houston.
Daija: This holiday season, my team and I are focusing on making a meaningful financial impact on families in need. Our goal is to provide financial relief to over 50 families, helping them with bills and other financial obligations during the holidays. This event is more than just a one-time gesture — it’s a reminder that support is available and that financial challenges can be overcome with the right tools and community.
Many women face financial setbacks and feel discouraged. What would you like to share with SwagHer readers navigating financial challenges today?
Daija: Setbacks are a natural part of the journey, but they don’t define your future. Focus on what you can control and take small steps every day to improve your situation. Remember that you’re not alone — this too shall pass. With effort, discipline, and support, you can bounce back stronger than ever. Financial recovery is possible, and the journey often leads to growth and resilience.
For women aspiring to launch their own businesses or create impactful community programs, what advice would you offer them to get started and stay the course?
Daija: Remember your “why” and stay connected to the reason you started. Trust in your ability to create change, even when the path feels uncertain. Surround yourself with the right people, seek guidance when needed, and don’t be afraid to delegate tasks. Most importantly, don’t give up. Progress may be slow at times, but persistence and dedication will lead to meaningful impact and success.
