The first inaugural TSR Class Reunion and Black Excellence Awards, is an exclusive invite only event scheduled to take place on May 18th, 2019 at a private Hollywood Hills estate. The Shade Room (TSR) and Go For Yours (GFY) Foundation aim to bring together the hottest celebrities of 2018-2019 to honor and celebrate their achievements in philanthropy, sports, music, entertainment, fashion, social media influence and more.
 Proceeds from sponsors will be donated directly to the Go For Yours Foundation, whose mission it is to provide the next generation of leaders with financial assistance, guidance, and resources to follow their dreams. In June, the foundation will bring 16 youth from across the country to attend the Los Angeles Summer Dream Experience, a one-week program that will allow them to develop the skills associated with their talent and interests.
 The Shade Room is the number one black-owned independent media company (with a media reach of over 14 million followers on Instagram alone) covering entertainment and celebrity news. Celebrity followers include Sean “Diddy†Combs, TI, DJ Khaled, Issa Rae, and many more A-list celebrities in Black Hollywood.
The partnership between the Go For Yours Foundation and The Shade Room showcases the excellent work both organizations have been putting forth to give back to the underserved communities in Los Angeles, Chicago and beyond.
