Healing is not just personal work. It is generational, communal, and transformational. On March 7, 2026, women in Missouri will gather for an experience designed to move beyond conversation and into restoration at the When A Woman Heals Conference, founded by visionary Ramonda Scales.
Taking place at The Delaware Event Space, 125 S Main St, Independence, MO 64050, this all white formal affair is more than a conference. It is a sacred space intentionally created to guide women through healing, restoration, and self discovery.
At its core, the mission is clear: to help women release past pain, reclaim their power, and embrace their true purpose. The vision reaches even further. When a woman heals, her transformation does not stop with her. It impacts families, communities, and generations.
“I am incredibly excited to bring this Women’s Conference to life—creating a space where women can be supported and encouraged on their healing journeys,” shares Ramonda Scales. “I look forward to us coming together in sisterhood, releasing what has been holding us back, and stepping into the best versions of ourselves. My hope is that every woman leaves feeling renewed, empowered, and better than when she arrived.”
Guiding the day as host is Toni Talley, Fox 4 TV Host and Producer of Great Day KC, bringing both presence and professionalism to the stage. The keynote speaker, Sonya McCollum, LCSW, a licensed psychotherapist, will anchor the experience with insight rooted in emotional wellness and mental health.
The empowerment panel features Sunnie Carney, Dsza Johnson, Lawona Potts, and Jovan Franklin, women whose lived experiences and professional journeys reflect resilience and reinvention. Moderating the discussion is Tahirah Hinds, a serial entrepreneur known for navigating business and leadership spaces with confidence and clarity.
Attendees can expect powerful dialogue, intentional community, and space to confront what no longer serves them. With lunch provided and an atmosphere of elegance in all white formal attire, the event blends depth with dignity.
Tickets are available on Eventbrite. Regular admission is $65 through February 28, 2026. Discounted admission is $50 through February 13, 2026.
For women ready to do the work of healing and step into renewed purpose, this gathering offers more than inspiration. It offers activation.
