How Until Freedom Is Making Moves For Justice

Protestors gathered in Kentucky July 13th to raise their fists and voices in an outcry that Breonna Taylor’s killers have not been arrested, a day that made four months since she was murdered. They united on the front lawn of Attorney General Daniel Cameron’s home in solidarity.

There were around 200 people, and many were arrested. While the media has grown tired of covering the story, these brave individuals are relentlessly pushing for justice to be served! They are championing a revolution that’s much needed right now! Who is at the forefront of this mission? An organization called: Until Freedom.

Until Freedom is making moves and making noise in the world on behalf of justice!

Supported by various co-founders, activists, and anyone who wants to see positive change, Until Freedom, is an organization that advocates for social justice. The organization works for people who are impacted by cyclical poverty, inequality, and state violence. Diversity and inclusion are a part of the foundation of Until Freedom.

The movement aims to be a “clearinghouse for advocates, new & budding activists, seasoned community organizers, students, movement lawyers, entertainers and artists, policy experts, formerly & currently incarcerated individuals, and survivors of gun violence to work linearly to uplift all of our people.”

A few key contributors to the Until Freedom movement include Activist Tamika D. Mallory, Artist Mysonne Linen, Angelo Pinto, and Linda Sarsour. All of the co-founding team members have a great track record of work in Criminal Justice Reform and beyond. They have receipts!

One of the high points of Until Freedom is that it develops tangible demands for justice and reform. This is so needed right now in the face of the senseless injustice and tragedy taking place in the world.

The movement provides and helps raise bailout funds for activists who are arrested during demonstrations, some of which are harassed by police.
