Lebron James, an NBA basketball player for the Los Angeles Lakers, has always been the most vocal pro athlete player to speak out on social justice and all things related to Black Lives Matter. Since the incident earlier this week, two police officers shot while sitting in the patrol car. Now the question I want to ask is, why is Candace Owens playing the blame game blaming James for shooting those two police officers? Doesn’t he have a right to speak out about racism or anything else in the black community? Owens took to Twitter on Sunday, calling people like James “pea-brained celebrities that idolize Lebron James.”

So now the LA Sheriff Alex Villanueva challenged James to match the reward and double it since he cares about law enforcement. In a statement made by the Sheriff in the New York Post stated that
“You expressed a fascinating statement about your perspective on race relations and on officer-involved shootings and the impact that it has on the African American community,” stated Villanueva.
James also expressed that he is tired of black men, women, and children being “hunted” every time they walk out the door. He mostly talks on the manslaughter of Ahmaud Abery in Georgia, where two white men (father and son) hunted him down while he was jogging.
