Q: How would you describe your SwagHer? What makes you, you?
Eboni: My SwagHer is like a spark plug. Once something comes to me, I don’t stop until it’s done, even if I don’t know how I will learn. My special sauce is that I’m very intuitive. I can feel things about people that help me to be a better listener and empathizer. I love to nurture and love people; connection is a must for me.
Q: Tell us a little about your platform?
Eboni: My platform is to help busy professionals with their time management for a healthier personal and professional life. We focus on promoting holistic wellness practices with practical techniques for better overall wellness and kidney health. Most major diseases, such as kidney disease, diabetes, and hypertension, result from a poor lifestyle. LWAP is dedicated to promoting wellness through consistent time management, priorities, and organization skills that lead busy professionals to achieve success and wellness in their careers, businesses, and personal lives.
Q: What inspired your platform?
Eboni: Working with dialysis patients gave me the vision to teach and educate people on preserving and protecting their health and wellness. I found that time was a common issue with many people wanting to incorporate healthier wellness practices into their lives.
Q: What type of viewer/ reader/ listener would you say your outlet is ideal for?
Eboni: My outlet is ideal for busy people who find themselves torn between family, career, business, and self.
They want to win in all of those areas but can’t see the path. That’s where I come in; I help clear the way on their path for the wellness they desire so that they have the energy and stamina to keep swimming, all while honoring their self-care, soul-care, and quality time with those they love.
Q: What do you find most rewarding about your work?
Eboni: To see the transformation in the lives of people I work with. To create harmony in their lives while living every day with the joy, contentment, and gratitude for the life they desired.
Q: What advice would you give to others considering a career in media?
Eboni: Do it!!! Stop wondering if people want to hear or read what you have to say. We all have something about us that only we can share with others. Formulate a plan, stay in action and revise as needed. Let’s go!
