Laurinda Andujar is an author, an entrepreneur, a grief recovery specialist, a transformational leadership coach, and John Maxwell Team Member. She is taking the world by storm and leading her tribe by healing the world one city at a time.
Laurinda aspires to do three things in life; one is to leave people better than she found them, and the second is to see people healthy, happy, and whole. The third aspiration of Laurinda is for everyone to understand that they were designed purposefully to change the world, their world. When asked why leaving people better than she found them is so important to her, Laurinda replied, ‘I know what it feels like to feel hopeless and to not know where to turn; she went on to state, I know what it is to grieve things in life whether it be people, places or things and not fully understand how to navigate those emotions successfully. I also know that when your world is turned upside down and backward, you can’t function, and you can’t focus on your goals.
Laurinda’s service has led her to be honored by the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, the National Diversity Council, Barry University, and many other organizations.
