Massage Your Breast with Oil.

Massaging your breasts (upward) with a couple of drops of olive oil, carrot oil, and fennel seed oil for 15-30 minutes can help restore the elasticity of sagging skin. 

Cucumber Paste

Blend one small cucumber, egg yolk, and a teaspoon of butter or natural cream to get a paste. Massage your breasts with the paste in an upward direction and let it sit for about 30 minutes. Use cold water to wash off the paste thoroughly. 

Ice Cube Rub

Coldness (lower temperatures) causes tissue to contract. Rubbing your breasts with ice cubes in a circular motion a few times daily is one of the best natural ways to lift your sagging breasts. It is important to pat your breasts dry after and wear something like a sports bra. 

Aloe Vera Rub

There are two ways to use aloe vera: Mix one tablespoon (each) of aloe vera gel, honey, and mayonnaise; apply to your breasts and let sit for 15 minutes, and then rinse with cold water. The second option is to use the aloe vera gel on your breasts and rub in a circular motion for 10 minutes and rinse away with warm water. 

Breast Lifting Exercise

Pushups (regular and wide), dumbbell chest presses, traveling planks, standing presses, and plank with rotation are a few exercises that will help to firm your breast if done a few times a week. Foods for Perky Breasts

According to seasoned dieticians, lentils, prawns, oysters, shellfish, plums, broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower are foods women should eat daily for healthy, perky breasts. 

With the proper diet, exercise, and consistency, women can gradually boost their bosom and confidence in their physical appearance.
