The holiday season has so many great aromas that can put your mind at ease! We certainly love scents from September to January – from pumpkins, cranberries, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, apples, and more! The wonderful thing about these scents and foods are their healing properties. In creating a self-care regimen during this season, think about incorporating holiday-inspired fragrances to rejuvenate and replenish your mind, body, and spirit!
Don’t have a self-care regimen in place? It is time to create one! It only takes a few minutes to think about what you may enjoy during your hour, two hours, or multiple hours self-care moment! We suggest that you do something in this arena at least once a day. However, that is in a perfect world.
