While the world is in crisis, Slutty Vegan proves that with the right formula, you can be pandemic proof as the popular plant-based concept opens its third brick-and-mortar location. Opening festivities for Slutty Vegan, the Atlanta plant-based phenomenon, will commence on Saturday, October 24, 2020, with a Soft Opening and Media Day on October 23, 2020. The celebration will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony, special celebrity guests, and more. Aisha “Pinky” Cole, the CEO and Founder of Atlanta-based Slutty Vegan,
“We are thrilled to move into the historic Edgewood District of Atlanta. Edgewood is the exact neighborhood where Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. grew up, and with his birth home being located directly behind Slutty Vegan, I know he has my back,†said Pinky Cole, CEO, and Founder of Slutty Vegan. “It’s a true blessing to continue opening new locations when there are so many other small businesses whose doors have closed during the global pandemic. I want to empower those business owners to never give up on their dreams and continue to fight for what they love and what I know they too can accomplish,†Cole continued.Â
The Edgewood Atlanta restaurant location features an expanded menu with more choices and new items, including traditional fan favorites. Â The location also features state of the art interior designs, aesthetics, and a merchandise section where die-hards can take a piece of the Slutty memorabilia home with them after getting #Sluttified. Like the Westend and Jonesboro restaurant locations, the Edgewood location remains takeout only for now, due to the ongoing health crisis.Â
