Inspiration: The one word that clearly describes Hope Sheree (formerly Hope Askew). This internationally named Spiritual Soul artist has all the reasons to give God all the Glory! With 3 R&B singles, four full-length, and one EP under her belt, Hope is no stranger to ministry and hard work. Leaving R&B in 2000, Hope divided her heart first into the arena of inspirational music.

Eighteen years in, this award winner has won Song of the Year, been nominated multiple times for female artist of the year, and her music has been presented on Billboards’ Top 50 music charts. She has been on the cover of Gospel USA, on TV shows like Bobby Jones Presents, and presented for the Radio Stellar Awards. Hope also won the title of GMWA Chairman’s Choice Artist of the year in 2013. This recognition slated her as an artist to watch. She is a rare and relatable inspirational public figure and an encouragement to many. Her ministry has no limitations, and its possibilities are endless.

She is also the host of the popular hit radio show “A Dose of Hope Radio.” The show has been picked up by iHeartRadio, Amazon Music, Spotify, Anchor FM, Rejoice America Radio, and much more. The show is growing by leaps and bounds and currently has listeners in over 60 countries and throughout the US. Hope says that she is “committed to fulfilling my purpose in the Kingdom of God.” Hope uses her experience in overcoming divorce, chronic illness, and more to inspire the masses. She intends to give people H.O.P.E – Help other people endure.

Host takeaway:

One of the key takeaways from my time with Hope was how relentless she is in the pursuit of her dreams. Living with a chronic illness, yet it does not stop her. It may naturally slow her a bit, but she never quits. Her passion is remarkable and encouraging. The fact that she shares not just her story of hope but also others is what living life to its fullest means. I am inspired to continue my journey no matter how difficult it may become. My only pause will be to rejuvenate my overall wellness, then back in the race I go.
