Traction Alopecia is caused by continuous tension and pulling on the hair from styles like weaves, tight ponytails, and braids.
Alopecia Areata is an autoimmune condition that often occurs in individuals who have been diagnosed with other types of autoimmune diseases, such as lupus, Hashimoto’s disease, etc.
Anagen Effluvium is a type of hair loss that happens due to exposure of radiation, chemotherapy, and toxins.
