The Basics of Meal Prepping

Meal prepping is something Coach Bev receives lots of questions about, so today, she is going over the basics. 

Meal planning is when you figure out what you are going to eat that day or week, or possibly even the month. It influences your grocery shopping and helps you to create a list of ingredients. 

Meal prepping is the implementation of the meal planning process. It’s when the groceries you have purchased meet what you are trying to do. With meal prepping, there’s no one size fits all. 

Don’t compare yourself to others and what they do. Coach Beverly says, “Find what works for you.”

Having been a Zumba instructor for years, Beverly K.
