The Woman Evolve Conference 2024 was a transformative event that brought together 40,000 women from 40 countries with diverse backgrounds and experiences under one roof. Each woman came intending to “Surrender.” This highly anticipated annual conference served as a platform for women to share their stories, insights, and expertise, empowering each other to reach new heights in their personal and professional lives. This was executed gracefully the last weekend of September at the Globe Life Field for Woman Evolve24 in Dallas, Texas.
Woman Evolve is the third of four T.D. Jakes Group conferences in 2024 are forecasted to generate over $100M in economic impact for Texas. It is an Intergenerational movement where the average woman can be impacted and impact one another. The visionary Pastor Sarah Jakes Roberts shares how she had to surrender to God’s plan over fear, worry, and doubt. Something we can all attest to as humans. The line up of speakers were thought provoking Pastor Priscilla Shirer spoke on knowing who your father is, when you KNOW Him, you won’t be easily persuaded by cheap imitations of Him. Dr. Anita Phillips taught women about the “Mother Wounds” that have affected them in their relationships with their mothers and have become apart of who they are today. Pastor Sheryl Brady highlighted that it is imperative for women to surrender to their assignment. No more hiding when God has called you to stand out. Women learned about proper budgeting and how to create financial stability and security.
Every speaker was dynamic and revolutionary each word pierced the atmosphere and attacked the walls women were carrying. From the panel discussions to the worship, God’s overwhelming presence was in the room. Attendees were immersed in a sea of inspiration and empowerment. The presence of God carried a unique fragrance that injected the atmosphere with affectionate love and opened the hearts of the women. This was an experience of the “Labor room”; there were many who gave birth over these last three days. Especially during the intercessory session with Pastor T. Renea Glen, she invited the angels into the room and erupted a prophetic sound that echoed breakthrough in the atmosphere. You could hear the sounds of the women of Zion who travailed for their generation, lineage, and nations. This was a divine encounter as 40,000 women surrendered it all.
The servitude of the visionary Pastor Sarah Jakes Roberts, who not only leads exceptionally but understands the importance of appreciating and honoring her team, must be commended for her level of humility extended to the team.
