The When Women Win Experience is an annual celebration that uplifts and recognizes women who are building, leading, and driving change across industries. More than just a conference, the experience blends inspiration, strategy, recognition, and meaningful connection into one dynamic event designed for women serious about growth, visibility, and legacy.
This year’s event will take place on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at the Royal Sonesta DC Capitol Hill, bringing together women from across the DMV and beyond for a day of empowerment, collaboration, and celebration.

The event is hosted by Boss Up Girl Co., a women’s business and leadership community founded by mother-daughter duo Jasmine and Tyra Dyson. Since 2019, the organization has created platforms that spotlight the achievements of everyday women thriving in their lives, businesses, and careers.
Through its programming and community initiatives, Boss Up Girl Co. has connected women across industries and leadership levels, providing access to resources, opportunities, and insights to help women pursue their boldest ambitions.
