Why Is It Difficult to Lose Weight?

“Why is it difficult to lose weight?” is a very common question among many on their weight loss journey. 

“A lot of times, you’ll sit, and you’re drinking the water. You’re doing your exercises, a brick wall, distance. It is in that space where it is so easy to get frustrated because, to a degree, you don’t know what else to do. So understand me. Let me preface all this first,” Coach Bev says.” She continues, “This is not intended to replace medical advice. If you are in a space where you need to get a physical, please get a physical and find out exactly what may be happening because you may have a vitamin or mineral deficiency preventing you from losing weight. Or you may have hypothyroidism, which means your thyroid is really slow because if you have a hyperthyroid, you will drop weight.”

The hostess shares some more scenarios and reasons why you may not be hitting your weight loss goals. She also suggests using the My Fitness app to track your progress.
