The Women’s Expo Huntsville + Conference has grown from a local gathering into one of North Alabama’s most impactful celebrations of women’s empowerment. Founded by visionary leader Tiffany Draper, this three-day experience brings entrepreneurs, creatives, mothers, professionals, and community leaders into one powerful space where women feel seen, supported, and celebrated. Built on sisterhood, wellness, education, and economic elevation, the Expo continues to expand its reach as a premier platform for women rewriting their narratives and building generational change.
What began as a response to exclusion has become a movement. “I built this Expo from a place of wanting everyone to feel included, because I wasn’t being invited to the table,” Tiffany shares. “Women show up for everybody else and forget themselves. This Expo says, no more shrinking.”
Now entering its sixth year, The Women’s Expo Huntsville exists to close gaps in resources, exposure, and opportunity for women across the Tennessee Valley and beyond. Every vendor, sponsor, and attendee directly supports She Can Grow, Inc., Tiffany’s nonprofit that provides training, programs, and sustainable pathways for women ages 18 to 55.
The 2026 Expo is made possible through an incredible network of volunteers, partners, and sponsors, including presenting title sponsors Ambetter Health and Rayna, along with support from healthcare partners, media organizations, local businesses, and national brands. This year’s lineup features twenty-five influential speakers and over one hundred curated vendors, plus special guests like Funnymaine Jermaine Johnson, Pastor Jaymes Mooney, Rashida Selise, Element 11, and more.
The Westin Huntsville at Bridge Street Town Centre will host the Expo the weekend of March 27–29, 2026. The celebration includes:
• Friday Night Gala and Fundraiser for She Can Grow, Inc.
• Saturday Expo + Pink Bosses Dinner
• Sunday Bold Brunch
Attendees can expect curated activation zones, deeper conversations, transformative workshops, and bolder opportunities for growth than ever before.
