Black Women Made Whole: The Experience I Felt Before I Built

Black Women Made Whole official flyer 2026

There are moments in life when something doesn’t just come to you — it moves through you.

Black Women Made Whole was one of those moments.

It wasn’t brainstormed on a whiteboard.
It wasn’t forced into a strategy meeting.
It came to me in spirit — clear, necessary, and right on time.

Because if we’re being honest, Black women have mastered the art of showing up for everyone else while quietly carrying the weight of everything.

And I wanted to create a space where we could finally exhale.

Not perform.
Not prove.
Not pretend.

Just be whole.

This Isn’t Just Another Virtual Experience — It’s a Vibe.

If you’ve experienced anything connected to SwagHer, then you already know: we don’t just host events… we curate experiences.

Black Women Made Whole was designed for intentional Black women who keep it real — women who are evolving, healing, growing, and refusing to abandon themselves in the process.

This is not about perfection.

It’s about alignment.
It’s about emotional wellness.
It’s about identity.
It’s about choosing yourself without apology.

And most importantly, it’s about remembering that wholeness is not something you earn.

It is something you reclaim.

Meet the Women Guiding the Experience

I was deeply intentional about the voices invited into this space. Each speaker brings not only expertise, but lived wisdom — the kind you feel as much as you hear.

Lucinda Cross will guide us through a powerful conversation on identity — helping women reconnect with who they are beneath expectations, titles, and survival mode.

Dr. Raquel Martin, a trusted voice in emotional wellness, will pour into us with insight around mental and emotional health — because being strong should never mean suffering in silence.

Trish Standley will remind us what it looks like to live and lead unapologetically, showing women how to stand fully in their voice, their power, and their evolution.

Maryland “Ty” Monroe brings a much-needed perspective on healing and resilience, creating space for honest dialogue around grief, restoration, and the emotional realities many women carry quietly. Her presence reinforces what this experience is truly about — giving women permission to feel, process, and move forward whole.

Additional voices will help round out the conversation around physical wellness and sustainable self-care — because true wholeness honors the mind, body, and spirit.

Every woman on this lineup was chosen with care.

Not for hype.

Not for popularity.

But for impact.

Why This Matters Now

We are in a season where many Black women are redefining success.

Not as burnout.
Not as overextension.
Not as silent endurance.

But as peace.
As clarity.
As emotional freedom.

Black Women Made Whole is an invitation to step out of survival mode and into a softer, more intentional way of living — without losing your edge, your truth, or your swagher.

Yes… your swagher.

Because wholeness and realness can coexist.

Healing and ambition can coexist.

Softness and power can coexist.

You don’t have to fracture yourself to be phenomenal.

What I Hope Women Walk Away With

My prayer is that every woman who attends feels seen.

That something said shifts her.

That she gives herself permission to release what she was never meant to carry.

And that she remembers:

You are allowed to evolve.
You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to choose you.

Whole women don’t shrink.

They expand.

Join Us

Black Women Made Whole is more than a gathering — it is a moment of return.

A return to self.
A return to truth.
A return to the version of you that exists beyond expectation.

So come as you are.

No masks required.
No capes necessary.

Just bring yourself.

We’ll handle the rest.
